Yes it was Barbados!.....and Back to Reality.....

Firstly a very big well done to Bebby for guessing my holiday destination!

Yes it was beautiful Barbados!!

Oh those sun loungers are beckoning.....

.......shall we lie in the sun?
Or sit in the shade of the palm tree?....
Or shall we go for a dip in that warm turquoise sea?.........

(So looking forward to seeing your photos, Bebby! :) )

If you're not having Barbados temperatures where you are, check out Bebby's Etsy shop, BebbyJumpers, for cosy wristwarmers (and other quality baby, children's and adult handknits).

Remember these pretty wristwarmers I treated myself to last year?

Well.....they were made by Bebby....

So cosy and warm.....

Attempting to get back to some sort of reality/normality after my wonderful holiday, last week I ordered in some new fabrics for my shop.....

.....here they are.....

'Sophie' cotton.....vintage pink roses on pink.....

'Proud as a Peacock' cotton......peacock feathers on teal....

Campervan cotton......on turquoise.....

And back in stock...... the very pretty 'Lula' roses on red.......

All these fabrics are available for £6.99 per metre (plus postage) in my eBay shop, Daisy Patchwork, here. They will also be available on my Etsy and Folksy shops very soon.....

Mmmm....time for another Rum Punch?

Maybe not....it's 7am in the morning ;)

See you soon,
Maggie xx
